Southside Pale is a hazy and fruity pale made with hops grown on a family owned, neutral carbon farm in East Kent. The beer is all about balance between a sweet malty backbone, a distinct British hop profile and fruity esters from the New England yeast strain. Expect a smooth mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Brewed with premium Clear Choice barley malt, UK Cascade, Pilgrim and Ernest hops. Citrus and apricot notes dominate with pear, red berries and spicy flavours popping up too. Not to mention the tropical fruit esters from NEIPA yeast. The beer has a medium bitterness and a hedgerow edge.
