Our Beers

Dookit Brewing is an independent brewery producing small batches of beer for all to enjoy. We're situated in Tollcross, in the East End of Glasgow, and are focussed on making high-quality low-intervention beers. Locally sourced, harvested and foraged ingredients are put to good use whenever possible. Let's celebrate what Glasgow and Scotland has to offer us and make the most of it.

We have a core range pale ale called Southside Pale, which is available all year round, and also like to brew seasonally. Look out for our SEASONS CHANGE range for one-off specials to suit the season.

Quality comes before anything else at Dookit Brewing. We uphold rigorous standards throughout the brewing and packaging process. We do not filter or fine our beers, preferring things natural for a fuller flavour. We condition the beers for as long as possible at the coldest of temperatures. After all: good things come to those who wait.

All our beers are vegan friendly* and bottle/cask/keg conditioned.

Pour steady for clarity or shake things up for the haze.

*Sorry vegans and vegetarians! We brewed our first Oyster Stout as a Winter 2023 special. But it only used oyster shells in the boil that would have otherwise gone to waste.
